Travelers Property Casualty Celebrates 100 Years in Pittsburgh
PITTSBURGH, Penn. – October 20, 2003 – Travelers Property Casualty Corp. (NYSE: TAP.A and TAP.B) will commemorate the 100th anniversary of its Pittsburgh office on Friday, October 31, 9 a.m. – noon, with an open house celebration for approximately 500 staff members, independent insurance agents and brokers, and invited guests at its offices at Two Chatham Center.  

“Our 100th anniversary is a great opportunity to reflect on the strength of our past as a business leader in the Pittsburgh community, as an employer and as a provider of insurance products,” said Dean Williams, Regional Vice President for Travelers Personal Lines.  “More importantly, this is a celebration of our future and our commitment to working with independent agents and brokers throughout western Pennsylvania to help them deliver outstanding customer service and achieve long-term profitability.”

Located in downtown Pittsburgh since 1903, Travelers' Pittsburgh office has more than 225 employees who provide a wide range of insurance services for personal lines, commercial accounts and claims.
