WHO: The independent public opinion firm Schulman, Ronca, &
Bucuvalas, Inc. (SRBI) undertook the survey on behalf of
The St. Paul Companies. Representatives of The St. Paul

WHY: E-commerce and reliance of businesses on information
technology is giving rise to new liability risks for all
types of corporations. This is the second annual survey
conducted by The St. Paul to gauge the preparedness of
companies for the emerging risks of "e-technology."
