The Travelers Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is applicable to all of our directors, officers and employees, including our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and other senior financial officers.

On May 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Travelers Companies, Inc. (“Travelers”) adopted amendments to the Travelers Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”). The purpose of the amendments was to provide additional guidance and greater detail with respect to various matters, including with respect to ethical decision-making, conflicts of interest, economic and trade sanctions and confidential information. Additional changes were also made to improve readability.
