and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage to the full array of international
coverages offered through its Global Companion(SM) product. Global
Companion(SM) provides a comprehensive portfolio of products to cover

or services, and sales offices, distribution offices or manufacturing
operations - all outside the United States and Canada.

Accidental death and dismemberment coverage from St. Paul
Travelers provides a benefit amount for the following types of losses,
up to the specified policy limits and subject to the coverage terms
and conditions:

-- Loss of limb(s)
-- Loss of thumb and index finger
-- Total and permanent loss of sight
-- Total and permanent loss of hearing
It also provides coverage for medical expenses that resulting from
bodily injury caused by an accident, including first aid, emergency
and/or hospital services.
