The Premier Insurance Company of Massachusetts, an independent
personal auto insurance subsidiary of The Travelers Companies, Inc.
(NYSE:TRV), today announced the company will change its brand name to
Travelers of Massachusetts.

By creating a stronger identity with its parent company, Travelers
of Massachusetts will be recognized for other forward-thinking product
offerings and services that Travelers is already well known for all
over the country, such as its hybrid car discount currently available
in other states. The innovative ConciergeClaim Center in Woburn is the
only facility of its kind in Massachusetts providing customers a
hassle-free auto claim experience where Travelers of Massachusetts
takes care of every detail from start to finish, including appraisal,
car rental and repair arrangements, all in a one-stop-shopping
experience for the customer's convenience.
